New York Electric Vehicle Charging Incentives

State and utility incentives are getting New Yorkers up to 100% of their EV charging station costs covered.

Rebates & Incentives

Public or semi-public sites can receive $4,000 per new Level 2 charging port installed, up to 20 ports through NYSERDA’s Charge Ready NY program. Organizations with multiple properties can receive up to $200,000 in funding per year.

Customers of Con Edison, National Grid, NYSEG, RG&E, Orange & Rockland, or Central Hudson can also receive up to 100% of their EV charging installation covered!

Eligible properties include workplaces, parking lots, hopsitality, retail, restaurants, multi-unit dwellings, schools, and more. Commercial and workplaces are eligible for an additional state tax credit up to to $5,000 for the purchase of a charging station.

AmpUp is an approved network and software provider under various New York State programs.
