AmpUp, in partnership with Eversource, is offering a new charger rebate program for customers in Connecticut, Eversource electric territory. This rebate program is designed to provide significant savings on installing Public, Fleet, Commercial and Multi-Unit Dwelling (MUD) Level 2 EV chargers.
Eligibility Requirements

Must be located in CT, Eversource electric territory.

Available for new installations and rip and replace of existing faulty chargers with AmpUp-enabled chargers. Including any inoperational Enel X Way, EVBox and Juicebar chargers!

Applies to Public, Fleet, Commercial & Multi-Unit Dwelling (MUD) properties.

Chargers must be operational by March 31, 2025.

Chargers are required to participate in AmpUp Adapt’s grid services initiatives.
Benefits

Site hosts are only responsible for the installation/commissioning cost.

Maximum rebate amount of $25,000 per location.
Incentive Timeline

Site hosts pay for hardware initially and a rebate check will be issued within 60 days of the site becoming operational.

The site host or installer simply needs to notify AmpUp by emailing gnu@ampup.io once the site is operational. Please ensure the AmpUp software license is activated on all chargers.
* This program works alongside Eversource’s make-ready funding for new installs by providing free AmpUp software to site hosts.
