AmpUp and Tritium Partner to Upgrade Fast-Charging Stations and Expand EV Charging Infrastructure Across North America.

SANTA CLARA, Calif., January 29, 2025 — AmpUp, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has announced a collaboration with Tritium, a global leader in DC fast chargers, to offer an efficient upgrade program for fast-charging stations across North America.

This partnership simplifies the process for Tritium RT50 owners to integrate their charging stations into the AmpUp network, offering enhanced features to improve EV charging infrastructure and customer experiences.

Seamless Integration of Tritium RT50 Chargers into AmpUp Network

The program will be delivered in two phases to help Tritium RT50 owners transition smoothly to the AmpUp charging network:

• Phase One: This phase ensures a hassle-free integration of existing Tritium stations into the AmpUp network, enabling site hosts to provide their Tritium charger’s serial number and written approval for transfer. AmpUp will facilitate the entire integration process free of charge, offering site hosts the option to choose preferred cloud services.
• Phase Two: In this phase, Tritium RT50 owners have the opportunity to upgrade their chargers to a brand-new 50kW DC fast charger with several advanced features, such as dual charging capabilities, universal compatibility, and scalable power. These chargers can be easily installed on existing RT50 pads, minimizing downtime and providing a more reliable charging experience.

By upgrading to a new 50kW DC fast charger, Tritium RT50 owners will benefit from enhanced charging capabilities, including:

• Dual Charging: Charge two vehicles simultaneously, doubling charging capacity.
